The 2022 Lexus RC: Ceramic coating
Your 2022 Lexus RC and a ceramic coating: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. A ceramic coating goes on after the paint is corrected and makes the car easier to wash. A coating protects the gloss; it does not stop stone chips the way film does.
What your car means for the work
Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
What to send us
A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.
A rental meanwhile
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Before you drop the car off
Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
How long it takes
You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price.
What goes into a quote
Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.
After the work
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
