Your SC and a ceramic coating
For the 1996 Lexus SC, a ceramic coating starts with a quote from a person, never a guess. A ceramic coating goes on after the paint is corrected and makes the car easier to wash. A coating protects the gloss; it does not stop stone chips the way film does.
About your SC
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Premium cars often have more trim and sensors to work around; mention any options in your request. Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces.
From request to appointment
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
Planning around the work
We keep you posted if the timing changes. Coatings and paint need time to cure, which is part of the schedule.
Pricing, plainly
Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do.
Getting the car ready
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
After the work
Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
