Ceramic coating for the 1985 Nissan Pickup
Book a ceramic coating for the 1985 Nissan Pickup, with a rental meanwhile if you need one. A ceramic coating goes on after the paint is corrected and makes the car easier to wash. A coating protects the gloss; it does not stop stone chips the way film does.
The car itself
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a pickup truck, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. A bigger body means more surface to work on, which shows in the time.
The request
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
Driving while yours is in
Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. We collect the rental when your car is ready. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
How long it takes
Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work.
Pricing, plainly
Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.
Getting the car ready
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
Keeping it that way
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
