Ceramic coating: the Pontiac Fiero
This page covers a ceramic coating for the Pontiac Fiero, and a rental while the car is with us. A coating protects the gloss; it does not stop stone chips the way film does. A ceramic coating goes on after the paint is corrected and makes the car easier to wash.
What your car means for the work
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next.
From request to appointment
You can add a rental to the same request. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Ask anything about the work in the request.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. We collect the rental when your car is ready. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Before you drop the car off
Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
Planning around the work
A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished.
Why prices differ
We price the job before we start, never after. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer.
Aftercare
Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. Wash a coated car by hand with a gentle soap; harsh brushes wear the coating down.
