Ceramic coating: the Pontiac Solstice
Your Pontiac Solstice and a ceramic coating: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. A ceramic coating goes on after the paint is corrected and makes the car easier to wash. A coating protects the gloss; it does not stop stone chips the way film does.
About your Solstice
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
Booking a time
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
Before you drop the car off
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.
When the car is ready
If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
Why prices differ
A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.
After the work
Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. A coating makes washing easier, but the car still needs regular washes.
