Rent a car while yours is detailed
Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
The work on your VNM
CarmaCars takes requests for a ceramic coating on the 2020 Volvo VNM, and rents you a car while yours is in. A coating protects the gloss; it does not stop stone chips the way film does. A ceramic coating goes on after the paint is corrected and makes the car easier to wash.
The car itself
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work.
Getting a price
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. You can add a rental to the same request.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Why prices differ
We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.
Before you drop the car off
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.
How long it takes
A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days.
Looking after it afterwards
Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.
