Reading the spec sheet

Its 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo drives through a 7-speed automatic. It calls for premium gas, which costs more a litre than regular. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

It is rated 7.8 L/100 km combined: about 23 litres every 300 km. Expect about $13.65 per 100 km at our price setting.

Who rents the A4

It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Space and size

As a compact car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. Its 368 litres of luggage space fit about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Our A4 cars

Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

Requirements

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

How it works

You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Next step

When you have your dates, send a request. It is free, and the offer shows the full price.
