Pineview and the A4

Pineview is about 1,832 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area. We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Pineview starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here.

Close by are Perryville, Westbrook and Musgrove, each with its own page.

What the specs mean

Its powertrain is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid with all-wheel drive. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

It is rated 8.3 L/100 km combined: about 25 litres every 300 km. Driving 300 km costs roughly $38.61 at our price setting.

What the A4 is like

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. The EPA measures its luggage space at 340 litres, roughly about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Who the A4 suits

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else.

Can you rent one?

A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

Requirements

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

Booking in plain terms

Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.
