Getting one from us

What we ask of drivers

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

Booking made plain

You start by asking: a car, a start time, an end time. Asking is free. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.
