Cheap car rental and the 2024 Audi Q5 Progressiv

Renting the 2024 Audi Q5 Progressiv as a rental on a budget works like any rental with us: a free request, an offer, then the keys.

Yameri and the Q5

If you need it in Yameri itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. We have no location in Yameri; CarmaCars rents from Toronto, about 3,364 km away.

Also close to Yameri: San Francisco el Ocatal, San Francisco el Ocotal and Río Tiltepec.

Reading the spec sheet

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, paired with a 7-speed automatic, drives it. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

A combined rating of 9.2 L/100 km works out to about 28 litres per 300 km. That works out to about $14.26 per 100 km at our price setting.

What the Q5 is like

Being a compact SUV, it handles luggage, strollers and sports gear well.

Good uses for the Q5

It suits winter trips and weekends with more gear than people. It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy.

What to expect when you book

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. Our team answers with an offer: the confirmed car, the dates and the full price. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

Who can rent

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.

When you know your dates
