Your Rivian: the work
The Rivian needs paint protection film? Send photos and when it suits you. Paint protection film is a clear layer on the parts of the car that take stone chips, like the hood and bumper.
The car itself
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
Booking the work
A person reads your request and replies with the next step. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
Keep your week on track
Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Looking after it afterwards
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
How long you are without it
Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner.
On the day
Ask any question you have before the work starts. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
Why prices differ
The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
Make a request
Send photos and a few details, and a person replies with the next step.
