Your Wallace Environmental: the work
Your Wallace Environmental and paint protection film: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint protection film is a clear layer on the parts of the car that take stone chips, like the hood and bumper.
The car itself
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
Your request
You can add a rental to the same request. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. We reply within one business day with a time and a price.
Need a car meanwhile?
Add a rental to the same request as the work. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Looking after it afterwards
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
Getting the car ready
Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
How the price is set
Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.
How long you are without it
Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.
