Collision center: your A8 e
The 2020 Audi A8 e needs collision repair? Send photos and when it suits you. Repairs can go through an insurance claim or be paid directly; tell us which in your request. Collision repair covers panels, bumpers, paint and, when needed, frame and structural work.
Your A8 e, up close
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
What to send us
Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
On the day
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Ask any question you have before the work starts.
How long it takes
We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work.
Looking after it afterwards
A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
Pricing, plainly
If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.
Let us know
When you are ready, a short request books the work.
