Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax.

Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
