Your Sprinter and collision repair
For your 2009 Dodge Sprinter, collision repair starts with a short request. Collision repair covers panels, bumpers, paint and, when needed, frame and structural work. Repairs can go through an insurance claim or be paid directly; tell us which in your request.
Your Sprinter, up close
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. There are 4 NHTSA recall campaigns on file for it; a dealer can check by the VIN.
What happens after you ask
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work.
Stay on the road
We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
Getting the car ready
Ask any question you have before the work starts. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim.
What goes into a quote
If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.
Looking after it afterwards
Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.
How long you are without it
A clear timeline comes with every quote. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.
Ask us
A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
