Your Environmental Rsch and Devp: the work
For collision repair on the Environmental Rsch and Devp, it starts with a short request: what it needs and when. Collision repair covers panels, bumpers, paint and, when needed, frame and structural work. Repairs can go through an insurance claim or be paid directly; tell us which in your request.
The car itself
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
What happens after you ask
Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
Driving while yours is in
A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Pricing, plainly
Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. For repairs, the price depends on the parts, the paint and the hours of work. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.
After the work
New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.
How long you are without it
Coatings and paint need time to cure, which is part of the schedule. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished.
On the day
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
Over to you
A quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
