Collision center: the Ford Explorer

Book collision repair for the Ford Explorer, with a rental meanwhile if you need one. Collision repair covers panels, bumpers, paint and, when needed, frame and structural work. Repairs can go through an insurance claim or be paid directly; tell us which in your request.

Your Explorer, up close

A bigger body means more surface to work on, which shows in the time. As a full-size SUV, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.

Booking the work

We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Ask anything about the work in the request. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.

Stay on the road

Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.

Looking after it afterwards

Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.

What to bring

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.

Pricing, plainly

Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.

How long you are without it

If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.

Your move

A person reads your request and replies with a price and a time.
