The car itself
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
Booking a time
You can add a rental to the same request. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
Need a car meanwhile?
Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.
After the work
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
What affects the price
Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.
How long you are without it
If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
On the day
Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim.
