What to bring
Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
Aftercare
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax.
Timing
Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.
