Driving while yours is in
A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. We collect the rental when your car is ready. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
On the day
Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
After the work
Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
Planning around the work
Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price.
How the price is set
The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. Paint colours with pearl or metallic finishes can take more work to match. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time.
