Collision centre: your DeVille
This page covers collision repair for the 1994 Cadillac DeVille, and a rental while the car is with us. Collision repair covers panels, bumpers, paint and, when needed, frame and structural work. Repairs can go through an insurance claim or be paid directly; tell us which in your request.
What your car means for the work
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. At 5.33 m long, it is long. Measure your parking spot or garage first. NHTSA lists no recall campaign for this model year.
How to request it
Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. You can add a rental to the same request.
Stay on the road
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Looking after it afterwards
Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
Getting the car ready
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
What goes into a quote
If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. Paint colours with pearl or metallic finishes can take more work to match. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.
How long you are without it
You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
