An insurance replacement rental while it is repaired

Your car is in the shop; you keep driving. We deliver a rental to you, by the day, and bill your insurer when the claim covers it.

The Chevrolet: Collision centre

Your Chevrolet needs collision repair? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. Collision repair covers panels, bumpers, paint and, when needed, frame and structural work. Repairs can go through an insurance claim or be paid directly; tell us which in your request.

What your car means for the work

If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.

What happens after you ask

We reply within one business day with a time and a price. You can add a rental to the same request. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.

Driving while yours is in

Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.

Pricing, plainly

We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car.

After the work

Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish.

A few things first

Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim.

Timing

We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.
