Your 2017 Ford Flex: the work
This page covers collision repair for the 2017 Ford Flex, and a rental while the car is with us. Repairs can go through an insurance claim or be paid directly; tell us which in your request. Collision repair covers panels, bumpers, paint and, when needed, frame and structural work.
Size and finish
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a full-size SUV, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. NHTSA lists 4 recall campaigns for this model; a repair visit is a good moment to ask whether each was done.
What to send us
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
A rental while we work
A rental means the work does not stop your week. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
Timing
If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.
Keeping it that way
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax.
What to bring
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.
What affects the price
The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. Paint colours with pearl or metallic finishes can take more work to match.
Ask us
Book the work with a short request, and add a rental if you need one.
