The work on your Sable
Your 2004 Mercury Sable needs collision repair? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. Collision repair covers panels, bumpers, paint and, when needed, frame and structural work. Repairs can go through an insurance claim or be paid directly; tell us which in your request.
The car itself
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. As a mid-size car, it is a straightforward size for this work. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
Your request
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.
Driving while yours is in
We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
Looking after it afterwards
Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
On the day
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
How long you are without it
If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work.
Pricing, plainly
The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time.
