Collision centre: your tC
Need collision repair for your 2012 Scion tC? Tell us about the car and when suits you. Collision repair covers panels, bumpers, paint and, when needed, frame and structural work. Repairs can go through an insurance claim or be paid directly; tell us which in your request.
About your tC
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. NHTSA lists 1 recall campaigns for this model; a repair visit is a good moment to ask whether each was done.
From request to appointment
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
Driving while yours is in
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
A few things first
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.
What affects the price
A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.
How long you are without it
Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule.
Keeping it that way
A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
