We collect the rental when your car is ready. Add a rental to the same request as the work. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.

When the car is ready

Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule.

What goes into a quote

We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.

Aftercare

Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax.

A few things first

Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
