Getting the car ready
Ask any question you have before the work starts. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
Pricing, plainly
Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.
After the work
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
