Collision replacement car: 2019 Audi A4 Komfort in Java

Renting the 2019 Audi A4 Komfort

This 2019 Audi A4 Komfort page is written for a car while yours is off the road: the car first, then renting it from us. When your adjuster approves a rental, we can bill your insurance company directly. After a collision, your insurer may pay for the rental once your adjuster approves it.

A note on Java

We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Java starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here. We have no location in Java; CarmaCars rents from Toronto, about 3,178 km away.

Places around Java include Klinefelter, Ibis and Arrowhead Junction.

What the specs mean

The powertrain here is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo with front-wheel drive and a 7-speed automatic. It calls for premium gas, which costs more a litre than regular. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

Its combined rating is 7.8 L/100 km, which means roughly 23 litres for 300 km. At our price setting, it costs about $13.65 to drive 100 km.

What to expect from the A4

It is a straightforward car to drive, park and live with. With 368 litres of luggage space by the EPA's measure, it takes about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Best uses

It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while.

Getting one from us

This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person.

Before you rent

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.

The steps

Tell us the car and the dates in a request. There is no fee for asking. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

Next step

The next step is yours: send a request whenever you are ready.
