The A4 and Offutt

Maples, Medford and Hillvale are the neighbouring places on our list.

Engine and fuel

The powertrain to know here is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, with all-wheel drive. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

Plan on about 25 litres per 300 km; the combined rating is 8.3 L/100 km. A 300 km weekend costs about $38.61 in energy at our price setting.

Size and space

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. The EPA measures its luggage space at 340 litres, roughly about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Who rents the A4

It suits stop-and-go driving and rideshare or delivery work. It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town.

Renting this car

Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.

Getting the car booked

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

What we check

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
