The figures, translated

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid with all-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

The combined figure, 8.3 L/100 km, means roughly 25 litres for 300 km. In energy, every 100 km costs about $12.87 at our price setting.

Room inside

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. Its 340 litre trunk is enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Good uses for the A4

It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits commuters, couples and business trips.

Renting it

This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. If you want this one, say so in the request; we confirm before you pay. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.

Booking in plain terms

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.

Requirements

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.
