The figures, translated

It runs the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, with all-wheel drive. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

Combined fuel use is 8.3 L/100 km: about 25 litres for 300 km. A 300 km round trip costs roughly $38.61 at our price setting.

What the A4 is like

Being a compact car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. Its 340 litre trunk is enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

When the A4 makes sense

It suits stop-and-go driving and rideshare or delivery work. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.

Rent this car

Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.

Your request, our offer, your keys

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Driver basics

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.

Still deciding?

When the dates are set, a request gets you a real price.
