The figures, translated

Its powertrain is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid with all-wheel drive. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

For 300 km of mixed driving, expect about 25 litres, from its 8.3 L/100 km rating. In money, 1,000 km costs about $128.70 at our price setting.

Who rents the A4

It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Practical details

As a compact car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. Luggage space is rated at 340 litres: about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Rent it from us

Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.

What we need from you

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.

The booking steps

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.
