Booking, step by step
The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.
Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.
Before you rent
An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.
Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
