From request to keys

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

The rules, briefly

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
