What to have ready

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

From request to keys

Booking is by request, never instant. You send the car and the dates, and a person at CarmaCars reviews it. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.
