Request, offer, keys

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Renting: the basics

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
