Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
