Collision replacement car: the 1990 Lexus ES

The 1990 Lexus ES for a car while yours is off the road: the facts first, then the booking. After a collision, your insurer may pay for the rental once your adjuster approves it. When your adjuster approves a rental, we can bill your insurance company directly.

Under the hood

Its powertrain is the 2.5L 6-cylinder with front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

A combined rating of 12.4 L/100 km works out to about 37 litres per 300 km. At our price setting, driving 100 km costs about $19.22, and a 300 km weekend about $57.66.

What to expect from the ES

Being a compact car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. In plain terms, its 368 litres of luggage space hold about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Who rents the ES

It uses more fuel than most, so it suits shorter trips or people who need its size. It suits commuters, couples and business trips.

In our fleet

Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.

Renting: the basics

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.

What happens when you ask for a car

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
