The steps
To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.
Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
What we need from you
Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.
Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
