How booking works

All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Rules for renters

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
