What to bring

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

From your dates to the handover

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.
