Collision replacement car: red 2020 Subaru Forester Premier in Java

Collision replacement car and the 2020 Subaru Forester Premier

For a car while yours is off the road, here is what the 2020 Subaru Forester Premier brings, and how to request one. When your adjuster approves a rental, we can bill your insurance company directly. After a collision, your insurer may pay for the rental once your adjuster approves it.

The Forester and Java

If you need it in Java itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. Java is about 1,639 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area.

Neighbouring areas include Selby, Lowry and Sitka.

What the specs mean

The powertrain to know here is the 2.5L 4-cylinder, with all-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

The combined figure, 8.2 L/100 km, means roughly 25 litres for 300 km. The fuel for 100 km comes to about $12.71 at our price setting.

Space, size and seats

As a compact SUV, it sits higher than a sedan, which makes getting in and loading easier.

Is it right for your trip?

It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy. It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car.

Rent this car

Tell us your dates and we check this car or the closest match. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

What we ask of drivers

At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

From your dates to the handover

A short online request with the car and your times gets things moving, at no cost. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Questions first?
