Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.
Requesting a car
The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.
