Rules for renters

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.
