Checking your details

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.
