The Corolla and Patsy

If you need it in Patsy itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. We have no location in Patsy; CarmaCars rents from Toronto, about 1,196 km away.

Neighbouring areas include Elaver, Cherry Valley and Midland.

Under the hood

The 1.8L 4-cylinder does the work, through an automatic (CVT). It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

A combined rating of 7.5 L/100 km works out to about 23 litres per 300 km. Driving 300 km costs roughly $34.89 at our price setting.

Space and size

It is a straightforward car to drive, park and live with. Luggage space is 368 litres, enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

A good match for

It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next. It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy.

In our fleet

A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 7 similar cars are listed below.

Booking in plain terms

To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

What we check

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
