Renting for Java

Neighbouring areas include Selby, Lowry and Sitka.

Engine and fuel

The 1.8L 4-cylinder is what moves it, with front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

Combined fuel use is 7.5 L/100 km: about 23 litres for 300 km. In energy, every 100 km costs about $11.63 at our price setting.

What to expect from the Corolla

Being a mid-size car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. The EPA measures its luggage space at 368 litres, roughly about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Is it right for your trip?

It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.

Rent this car

This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. Tell us your dates and we check this car or the closest match.

Before pickup

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.

How it works

Send a request for the car and dates you have in mind. It is free and it commits you to nothing. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.

Make a request

When the dates are set, a request gets you a real price.
