First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

Before pickup

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
