Convertible rental: the 2020 Audi A4 Technik

The 2020 Audi A4 Technik for a convertible: the facts first, then the booking.

A note on Java

If you need it in Java itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. CarmaCars is based in Toronto, about 1,639 km from Java, and does not deliver there.

Close by are Selby, Lowry and Sitka, each with its own page.

The numbers in plain words

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo with front-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

It is rated 7.9 L/100 km combined: about 24 litres every 300 km. Every 100 km costs about $13.83 in fuel at our price setting.

Good uses for the A4

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town.

Living with the A4

As a compact car, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight. The body is 4.76 m long and 1.85 m wide. Check the size of a tight parking spot. In plain terms, its 368 litres of luggage space hold about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Renting it

A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates.

Booking made plain

Tell us the car and the dates in a request. There is no fee for asking. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

Before pickup

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
