Rules for renters

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

Booking, step by step

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
